  MOTORISTS faced disruption yesterday evening when a lorry overturned blocking a section of the North Devon link road.   MAJOR resurfacing work is continuing on the North Devon Link Road tonight. The section of the A361 between the River Exe viaduct and Stoodleigh Cross will be closed overnight from 7pm to 7am to allow the full three lane width of carriageway to be treated.
