    PICKING apples from their own orchard and making juice was at the core of Heathcoat Primary School's environment day this week. Thousands of apples were needed to produce 328 litres of juice and children joined the Friends of Heathcoat School on Thursday 6 October in picking, processing, and bottling.     HEATHCOAT Primay School  be busy making apple juice from trees in their very own orchard. The school will celebrate Environment Day on Thursday 6 October and be harvesting their apples thanks to an idea from the Friends of Heathcoat School committee.
