WHY IS IT SO IMPOSSIBLE ????????

I am a Carer for my disabled mother and have been trying to rent a bungalow in Tiverton, But all I see is no HB, I am 54 my Mother is 81 and disabled, I am a full time carer for my mother and we are on state money so can only pay rent through HB, What are people worried about who have bungalow to rent, we may be dependent on the state but we are nomal people, We pay our bills and keep our place clean just like we would if we were able to rent a place in Tiverton, It is my Mothers wish to move to Tiverton because we have a few family members there and they can help give support in the everday care of looking after my Mother, My mother has always liked Tiverton and used to visit regular but since she lost her husband six years ago life has been difficult for her, Her daughter moved to Tiverton over 30yrs ago and was house matron in the Marie curie for over 20yrs.......My mother wish is to spend her remaining days in Tiverton, Mid Devon housing is saying they cannot Rehouse us so we are stuck in Bristol, tried the Exchange Game but not much luck there, Is there anyone in Tiverton that has a bungalow with a shower and level throughout as my mother is in a wheelchair, We just need a little help from someone, we can only pay rent through HB, But we are good people, Please help if you can.
