IT’s been an incredible week here in Tiverton - one of busiest so far this year.

As you may have heard in the national news, a Peruvian man was arrested a released on bail by the Met Police for crimes against humanity dating back two decades. The Gazette has been able to track him down, and you’ll be able to see what he had to say on tomorrow’s front page.

Organisers of the Mid Devon Show are closely watching what is happening in Bahrain as the 2011 president of the event is Princess Noora Al-Khalifa. That’s our page six tomorrow.

Red Nose Day broke records this year raising over £70million. We have a double page spread of pictures of scantily dressed people in their red pants. We’ll also have a roundup featuring all Mid Devon’s Comic Relief fundraising efforts.

Finally, we’re offering a treat to your taste buds as the Gazette is offering 2 for 1 voucher in several restaurants across the region.
