Why I will not answer my door to the pesky rabble after 8pm

What really gets to me is when people go out trick or treating with their children but then they will never actually answer the door to trick or treaters themselves!

How ironic is it that you expect people to go through all the effort of buying little sweets and eating all the Haribo Starmix, then when you realise you haven't got enough so you end up going through something a bit more upmarket like Opel Fruits or heaven forbid the custard creams, then you do not return the favour by giving peope who come to your door knocking something.

I've also noticed the growning number of teens who think it's alright to go out wearing Grandad's old jumper and a pair of ripped jeans - well excuse me - but if this applies to you then I don't think you're even deserving of a mini egg, trouble is, you say that to their face and you'll end up getting egg in your face quite literally. Little sods.

Anyhow, this is why I am only opening my door to people who knock before 8pm. Anyone later than that and they ain't getting nothing from me hose. Some of the little children are very polite and it's always nice to know that if they forget, their parents will remind them to say thanks.
