DUE to worsening ground conditions, Killerton parkrun have made the difficult decision to cancel their 94th event on Saturday.
From Saturday 16 February, the free community running event held at Killerton National Trust estate near Exeter will be temporarily relocated to a drier 5km route in neighbouring Ashclyst Forest.
Killerton parkrun sees nearly 100 runners every Saturday of the year set off across the historic parkland at 9am and this is the first time the event has been cancelled since it launched 3 years ago.
