Can anyone tell me the best areas to live within a radius of 10 miles of Tiverton? I have been asked by someone who wishes to move to the area! I would much appreciate any feedback.

It depends whether they need schools, if not, the area between Cullompton and Exeter, east of the M5 is very popular but can be pricey.
A cheaper area is Cullompton, Uffculme and north.
If they want remote anywhere northwest of Tiverton, out to south molton and exmoor.
