Walked around town today, first time for a while. Does anyone know what the steel cylindrical edifice at the top of Phoenix Lane is ? New toilet(s) Looks awful whatever it is !

I'm pretty certain it is a place where people can display posters and everything will get taken off once every few months to start a fresh. I'm sure somebody will use it as a toilet though.

I don't know wether it is actually inteneded for posters but it certainly is handy to put them on. I don't know wether anybody is actually in charge of taking them down when out of date but I put some on there for the Brainwave coffee morning I had on the 26 April and I found some out of date so just covered them with my posters.
