The Gables is owned by Devon County Council. They want to sell it which means even more houses in Willand. The site has provided community services for many years, starting as a GP surgery. We believe that this site as part of its development should continue to provide community services. Ideally we need a community centre to provide health and community facilities either from the refurbished house or a new community centre.
