  DOZENS of tyres were illegally dumped on a road between Crediton and Bickleigh earlier this month. The Council is appealing for witnesses following this serious fly tipping incident where up to 70 tyres were dumped on the lay-by opposite Lower Burrow Coombe Farm on the A3072. Between midday on Tuesday June 28 and 6.45am today, June 29, a Massey Ferguson tractor was stolen from a field in Westcott.   TWO men have been arrested this morning in an alleged 'plot' to kidnap Devon soul singer Joss Stone. The men are being questioned on conspiracy to rob and murder after being arrested close to the singer's home in Cullompton.
