    BETWEEN the hours of 4.30pm and 6.30pm on Tuesday 13 March 2012, a 17 year old woman was assaulted in a copse area situated off the old railway line in Tiverton.   • Appeal for witnesses after tyres are dumped by roadside

    Tyres left dumped by the roadside.
    DOZENS of tyres were illegally dumped on a road between Crediton and Bickleigh earlier this month. The Council is appealing for witnesses following this serious fly tipping incident where up to 70 tyres were dumped on the lay-by opposite Lower Burrow Coombe Farm on the A3072.
