The service was excellent

The service was excellent. Ken White Signs worked closely with our designers to make sure everything had been properly considered and that our new brand identity worked on a medium we hadn’t used before. It was great to use their experience to make sure that a design that worked on paper fitted every contour of the vans and will stand the test of time. Having been let down by another supplier, we felt that Ken White offered a level of expertise and high level of professionalism and made sure that our van liveries will withstand the challenges of being constantly on the road. We were pleased that they took the time to understand the challenges our growing business faces and they worked around our busy schedule to make sure our vans were off the road for the shortest time possible, as they are so critical to us providing good service to our clients. It was also really useful having actual vinyl proofs to make sure designs were spot on, before we signed the job off. The end product was perfect, with vibrant and deep colours, not a single crease or bubble in the vinyl and really did justice to our brand identity. We were very pleased and, more importantly, we’ve had some great feedback from clients who have all said that the vans really stand out and are getting Treco noticed.
