Wellington Waste began in 1984 with just two members of staff, one lorry and six skips!
Over the years the company has grown considerably and now employs sixteen people to include seven full time skip drivers. We now have a fleet of nine skip lorries and the number of skips has increased to more than 300.
In 2001 the Company became a Limited Company. In 2002 the Company incorporated Taunton skips, and in 2005 acquired Mountain Waste skips.
The Company operates from Poole Industrial Estate, Wellington and offers a wide variety of skips to meet your requirements. Whether you need a skip for a small DIY job or for a multi million pound development, we have the skip for you.
We pride ourselves on a friendly, efficient and professional service.
Fast, professional skip hire for all your requirements
We offer a wide range of skips from a 12 cubic yard skip down to a 2 cubic yard mini skip. Larger Roll on/Roll off skips are available subject to conditions. We cover a large area of Somerset and Devon around Wellington including; Taunton, Bridgewater, Minehead, Chard, Tiverton and Bampton. We can also arrange for the removal of asbestos waste.
Our Wellington transfer station is open to small builders, landscape gardeners etc, via our weighbridge during our working hours of 8 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.

    Had to sort out a skip recently. Had no idea what I needed, what I could put in it etc, I called Taunton Skips and the ladies there were brilliant. I can put my old fridge and telly in there so great because they recycle and dispose of it all. Job done!
