At Domcare Services I encourage the use of the Lions Club "Message in a Bottle" scheme. Though aimed primarily at those vulnerable in the home, the scheme helps emergency services identify potential problems whenever they enter the scene of an emergency.

In a nutshell, the scheme involves the use of a white plastic and green top bottle that contains a person's medication and relevant health information in an easy to find location - the fridge!
