Runners hope to raise thousands on the Grand Western Canal

OVER £1,000 has been raised by six people who will be running the Grand Western Canal on Sunday.

Lucie Burnell, Simon Nott, Emma Willis, Candiss Burnell, Conrad Benefiled and Kim Gibbins will be doing the 11-mile run from the Tiverton Basin to Burlescombe. They hope to raise £2,500 for Cancer Research UK and Help for Heroes.
