Reunion for former Tiverton Coachbuilders staff

FORMER workers of Tiverton Coachbuilders are being invited to a reunion later this year.

The event which is being organised by former employee Alan Burnett is taking place on Friday 25 May at 7.30pm at the Royal British Legion on Angel Hill.

Alan who learnt his trade at Coachbuilders between 1955-60 before it was renamed Tiverton Containers said: "We built containers, refrigerated vans, minivans, cattle trucks and various other types of vehicles.

"There will be a buffet and it will be a really good night out for former staff and their partners."
