Snow is making driving conditions hazardous for motorists on the North Devon Link Road (A361) at Rackenford at Rifton Lane this morning. Snow has affected the carriageways in both directions, according to reports.
The A38 in Sampford Peverell is also partially blocked and driving conditions are poor in both directions between the B3181 junction and the B3391 junction.
