Mid Devon, Tiverton, Bampton social media accounts hacked

I have been getting a number of private and direct messages from followers and friends on various social networks with increasing regularity recently. The messages take the form of
OMG Your Famous.....
And then a weblink. If you receive such a message, please do not follow the link even though the message appears to come from a trusted source. The best thing you can do is warn the person that the message appears to have come from and then get them to change their password.
These attacks are on the rise and need to be challenged.
