Whatever happened to all the videos and photos of local events that used to be on this website? I would have liked to have seen the Christmas Lights switch on since it was too wet for me and our children to go out - but we still want to see what happened and there's not a lot on here?

No problem. I've never seen it this bad. As you'll know, we're used to minor flooding here, but this was a different level. The problem seems to be the ground is so saturated from our wet summer, the water can't drain, even though the rainfall is no more than we'd usually get in November.

Hi bonbeachbob, I manage Tiverton People. There is now information relating to flooding in and around Tiverton for today in the news section. Apologies for not getting it up on the site sooner. I'll update the story as more information comes in. More flooding is expected, so take care.
