Family and friends pray for assault victim's recovery via Facebook

A FACEBOOK group has been set up in support of Simon Bell, the man attacked at Tiverton Pannier Market on Saturday morning.

It's thought that Bell was attacked with an iron bar by at least two others at 5am on Saturday 19 November.
The message on the 'We love you Si' Facebook page says: "Please show your support for Si who is in hospital who needs everyones
special prayers at this hard time to help him through.
"He's already
proven that he stronger than most people think by walking to the
ambulance on the night of his attack so please so your respect support
on the page."
Although details on the attack are still hazy Steve Bush has written on the Tiverton People Facebook page that: "Victim in 'critical but
stable' condition in intensive care.
"Two suspects are in custody. The two suspects have been arrested for Attempted Murder.
"Contrary to rumours no stabbing, no 'Polish' involvement."
