Appeal for witnesses after two teens attacked in Cowleymoor

POLICE are appealing for information following an attack on two youths in Tiverton.

The two teenagers were walking along Cowleymoor Road between 10.40pm and 11pm on Friday 3 June 2011 when they were subjected to the assault.

The suspects –all part of a group – began to follow the two victims prior to the unprovoked attack which left one victim – a 17-year-old - requiring stitches to a cut above his eye.

The attack took place outside Two Moors Primary School.

The gang of males had been seen earlier in the evening near to Tesco and Amory Park.
